  • Attendance list for spring TGPR

I ran PDX in spring 2012 at TPGR. Looking for proof of attendance for Mazda Speed.

I had a great time at at the spring and fall events 2012.
Next at Roebling Road for Double Drivers School.

Do you have a TT Log Book? If so, has it been signed off for that event?

If not, I'd get in touch with the event chair (George Bugg?) on the TVR forums.

My question is will Mazda Motorsports even take a PDX entry as evidence of competition history...since it is not competition. I never looked at trying it 'cause I use autocross results.

Considering it was a PDX, then he wouldn't need a log book. He also wouldn't be on the results since he was never timed. The only thing I can think of would be to contact Craig Farr at TVR (teamtac dot org) and ask for some sort of final attendance list or something like that.

The PDX program uses a TT Log Book to track the driver's progress, and it can show proof of participation, the ability to drive solo, etc.

To attempt to answer my own question in this thread, the Mazda Motorsports program says it requires competition history to qualify. Since a PDX is not a competitive event my interpretation is a PDX registration list will not suffice. They want race results to prove you actually participated in a competitive event.

The easy button is drive two autocrosses in one calendar year and send the AXWARE summary results. If you have already done two this year all the results are available online.

PDX didn't register with me for some reason. I thought Thomas meant he ran the TT event in the spring. You are correct Rod. The autocross results are the easy button.

Rod, do have a logbook from this past weekend or other PDX's you've done?

No. I pm'd Brett asking if we should have gotten one. I have done two SCCA PDXs now and no one has ever mentioned a log book. I think we should have them for the reasons Chuck stated.

I signed a few PDX log books when drivers ask. I keep forgetting that unlike racing you guys keep track of the events you attend and such. My bad.

I received a log book at the 2011 fall PDX event. I brought it to this event and had it signed off again as well.

Thanks every one I do have a blue book filled out by Mr Reagan ,and signed by Mr Bugg or Mr Farr I believe it is at the shop. Being a SCCA event I am sure it will work.
